Abstract

In the wave of digital transformation in education, the cultivation of digital literacy among university counselors is crucial. This paper analyzes the connotations and components of digital literacy for university counselors, outlines the current status and issues, and explores cultivation pathways from multiple dimensions, including awareness enhancement, professional training, platform construction, and mechanism building. The aim is to improve counselors' digital literacy and promote the digital development of higher education and innovation in ideological and political education.
