This study aims to explore how to integrate ideological and political education into the teaching process of food chemistry to enhance students' sense of social responsibility and national consciousness. By analyzing the current problems and challenges in food chemistry teaching, the research employs methods such as case analysis, questionnaire surveys, and teacher interviews. It proposes a systematic set of teaching strategies that incorporate ideological and political elements. These strategies not only contribute to improving students' academic proficiency but also play a crucial role in cultivating students' core values, innovative thinking, and critical reasoning.
