In the context of the new era, the national governance capacity and level have greatly improved. With the continuous deepening of fiscal management reform, fiscal management capabilities and levels are enhanced annually with the application of new technologies. Particularly in recent years, budget performance management has been increasingly demanded across various industries, with stricter performance requirements for public university financial and project funds. This paper, drawing from personal work experience, presents insights and views on the key aspects of university financial management, the current state of performance management, and the feasibility of specific operations, serving as a discussion point within the industry.
