Abstract

 

In modern public management, community participation has become a crucial approach to enhancing governance effectiveness. This paper aims to explore innovative paths in public management from the perspective of community participation, combining domestic and international situations and issues to propose innovative concepts and practical strategies. Through literature analysis and case studies, the paper discusses the definition and connotation of community participation, theoretical basis, current status analysis, existing problems and challenges, and finally proposes innovation paths such as multi-stakeholder collaborative governance, application of information technology, policy and institutional guarantees, and community education and capacity building.
