Abstract

With the trend of educational reform around the world, the addition of technology and its cross-system application have started to play an important role in the development of regional vocational education. The first technology module is the standardisation and packaging mechanism for the organisational model of industry-education integration in China's educational modernisation, and it has good application prospects for vocational education in Southeast Asia. Analyze the transferable attributes and embedding paths of the three types of technological elements, study the cross-regional calibration logic of the vocational qualification framework, investigate the parametric redesign method for the dual-system teaching operation structure, and explore the construction method of knowledge transfer carriers and ability mapping relationships in teacher professional development. Based on the above, this paper will study the development trend of the Southeast Asian vocational education system after the addition of the characteristics mentioned above, such as the distributed adjustment of educational governance rights and responsibilities allocation, flexible reconstruction of modular curriculum systems, and the emergence of self-organising features in quality assurance mechanisms. Research has shown that the combination of elements in China's educational modernisation is not a simple case of model transfer; rather, through operations such as calibration, translation and redesign, an adaptive system has been built according to the local conditions in Southeast Asia, and structural changes have occurred in the regional vocational education system at the levels of governance structure, curriculum organisation and quality assurance.
