Abstract

With the increasing complexity of modern engineering project management, the application of post-project evaluation in enterprise engineering cost management has become increasingly important. Through a systematic evaluation mechanism, post-project evaluation analyzes and provides feedback on the project's implementation effectiveness, cost control, and resource allocation, offering valuable experience for subsequent project management.
