Open Access

Journal of Modern Education and Culture (JMEC) is committed to promoting open access to scholarly research. We believe that making research freely accessible to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles published in JMEC are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

Why Open Access?

Open access allows researchers, educators, students, and the general public to access cutting-edge research without any barriers. This model enhances the visibility and impact of your work, promoting wider dissemination and engagement.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

To cover the costs of publishing, including peer review, editing, typesetting, and online hosting, JMEC charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 200 USD for each accepted manuscript. This fee ensures that all published articles remain freely accessible to readers worldwide.

Benefits of Open Access

  • Increased Visibility: Open access articles are freely available to a global audience, leading to higher visibility and citation rates.
  • Enhanced Collaboration: Freely accessible research fosters collaboration among scholars and practitioners across disciplines and regions.
  • Public Engagement: Open access supports public engagement with research, allowing non-academic audiences to benefit from scholarly work.

APC Waiver Policy

We understand that some authors may face financial constraints. JMEC offers APC waivers or discounts on a case-by-case basis, primarily for authors from low-income countries or those with limited funding. Authors can request a waiver during the submission process by providing a justification for their request.

How to Submit

Authors can submit their manuscripts through our online submission system. Detailed submission guidelines and author instructions are available on our Submissions page.
