Abstract

The graduate course “Cement and Cement Concrete” at the University of Science and Technology Liaoning is built in quality by optimizing its teaching content; systematic deepening of teaching reform emphasizes teaching models, resource development, assessment methods and curriculum ideological and political education. Closed loop evaluation during teaching implementation constantly tests and provides feedback on teaching effectiveness which serves as a dynamic foundation for improvement of high-quality course construction. Its reform practice and construction path provide reference and lesson for teaching reform of other similar courses.
