Abstract

In the context of current educational reforms, teacher curriculum leadership has gradually become an essential factor in improving educational quality. Curriculum leadership is not only reflected in teachers' control over teaching plans and content but also in their active role in promoting team collaboration and supporting teachers' professional development. This study aims to explore how teacher curriculum leadership enhances team collaboration and individual professional growth by influencing team culture, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, and supporting knowledge sharing. Through literature analysis and practical case studies, this research reveals the multifaceted role of curriculum leadership in educational environments, highlighting its key role in creating synergistic effects within teacher teams and promoting professional development. The results suggest that effective application of teacher curriculum leadership can improve team collaboration efficiency and lay a foundation for teachers' long-term professional development.
