Through literature analysis and practical case studies, this research reveals the multifaceted role of curriculum leadership in educational environments, highlighting its key role in creating synergistic effects within teacher teams and promoting professional development. The results suggest that effective application of teacher curriculum leadership can improve team collaboration efficiency and lay a foundation for teachers' long-term professional development.
